Mental health, for me, looks different every day. [It is] much like the sunsets, changing every evening. Some days are like sailor’s delight - filled with laughter and bright emotions, while others are like raging storms with sadness and loneliness.

My photo represents what mental health looks like. Why did I take my photo? For me, skin care and mental health have some similarities, like how you shouldn’t be taking care of your mental health like once a month. You should consistently be taking care of mental health, like skin care.
