Consumption of healthy foods help improve one’s mental health. Personally, when I just eat junk all day, I feel sluggish and unproductive. Eating the right food makes me feel so much better. The food you eat affects your mental health.

Having someone that you are comfortable with could have a major/positive impact on your mental health. Participating in sports/activities could help distract you from your problems for a little bit, but that would not be a long-term solution. Seeing a therapist/school counselor would be the best option since they are professional. If you are someone who is struggling, you should know there’s always someone who cares - you just have to find what is best for you. In this picture, there is a student having a personal conversation with a trusted adult, and they have a positive attitude after talking it out with them.

Cheering and being at my own free will. Yelling and moving under the setting sun really makes me happy and free. From the motions to the heavy breathing - it is very freeing.
